Neal A Maxwell has told us, “God does not begin by asking us about our ability, but only about our availability, and if we then prove our dependability, he will increase our capability” (“It's Service, Not Status, That Counts,” Ensign July 1975).

Moroni was worried about his weakness when he said...
"Lord, the Gentiles will mock at these things, because of our weakness in writing; for Lord thou hast made us mighty in word by faith, but thou hast not made us mighty in writing; for thou hast made all this people that they could speak much, because of the Holy Ghost which thou hast given them;  And thou hast made us that we could write but little, because of the awkwardness of our hands. Behold, thou hast not made us mighty in writing like unto the brother of Jared, for thou madest him that the things which he wrote were mighty even as thou art, unto the overpowering of man to read them. Thou hast also made our words powerful and great, even that we cannot write them; wherefore, when we write we behold our weakness, and stumble because of the placing of our words; and I fear lest the Gentiles shall mock at our words." (Ether 12:23-25)

Ever felt in your calling insufficient? That your work will not penetrate the soul because you lack wisdom, are slow of speech or any other number of weakness? Fear not my brothers and sisters (a phrase said 365 times in scriptures), God is with us. Like the parent who teaches their young to ride a bike, God is with us. All he asks is is to be in the moment, peddle as hard and as fast as we can and He will be behind us all the way! You cannot see Him because you are focused ahead on being upright, but he is there cheering with the angels for your success. The tasks He asks us to do are at times hard, lead an army, build a boat, lead a nation, write gold plates or do your calling with full pupose of heart might mind and strength. 

I know that some pray, seeking earnestly for answers not to screw up your life or your spouses, or your kids, you beg to be a good example to your neighbors and friends. It's not just a half-hearted request but a grovelling to God because you love the people you know. Let me tell you this with my whole heart, God hears and answers prayers. You got this because you are making time for Him and He is making time for you. He knows your name, your struggles but also you ability and tenacious desire. 

I know this is short but know this, I pray for you.

Primary 52 - Adam and Eve

image God created our first parents. He created male and female; man and woman. When He created them they were equals. You see Heavenly Father did not create Eve from the head of Adam to be over him or by his foot to be below him. He didn't make Eve from the sternum or back to be behind or front of him. He, God, made Eve, Adam's wife, from his side, under his strong arm, near his heart. This is how we view marriage. The very symbol of marriage shows how much the need to find and be equal in marriage is. As saints, we strive to maintain the companionship that will make you a better person and at the same time will strive to encourage your spouse to be a better person.  Many years from now you will be dating or preparing for marriage. Brothers and sisters, look for a companion that will strengthen you and make you smile. Being in love is not just a feeling, it's a commitment. Primary 128 - Pricked or Cut

I mage Children,  The Holy Ghost can touch us in one of two ways. Either we are pricked to do good or cut by the good word. The Greeks have a word for this. Hodos means "In the way". Is the Savior in the way of our success or are we doing things "In the Savior's way seeking His success?" The role of a disciple.  When the church has grown we have been given responsibilities callings and keys according to our ability and spiritual potential.  We should be eagerly engaged in the work we are called to do to lighten the load of those who are called to do more such as Bishops or Stake Presidents. Visiting the widowed and orphaned can be done by them but they ask many to be ministers to the many to bear the load. Don't just see the vision but catch it.
